We talk through your listing volume, your service area, your typical seller profile and what’s currently working or not working in your listing presentations. If we’re a fit, we move forward. If we’re not, no pressure either way.
You receive your co-branded “Listing Audit included” assets within five business days. Your retainer begins on the first of the following month.
When you take a new listing, you flag the property to us through a simple intake form. In-person audits are scheduled within five business days. Virtual audits are delivered within 48 hours of receiving photos.
Every three months, we send you a performance summary across your audited listings. DOM, sale-to-list ratio, offer counts, and notes on what worked. Use it in your next listing presentation
The Agent Listing Partner is $9,600 per year.
One additional listing won at a $900,000 price point, at a 2.5% listing-side commission, returns $22,500 in gross commission.
The retainer pays for itself the day that first additional listing closes.
Beyond the math, the retainer protects the listings you already have. Stalled listings recovered with a re-audit and refresh save the price reduction conversation that costs your seller $30,000 to $50,000 on a typical GTA property and protects the relationship and the referral chain that comes with it.
When you sign a new seller, the first thing that happens is a Listing Audit. It's part of your standard process. Your competition pitches their marketing budget. You pitch a system the seller has never seen before.
Every audit your sellers receive includes a $300 staging credit, valid for 30 days. The conversation moves from “should we stage” to “let’s use the credit.”

The Agent Listing Partner is currently in its founding phase. We are accepting our first ten retainer agents at the current rate of $800 per month.
After the cohort fills, the rate increases for new agents. Founding cohort members keep the founding rate as long as the retainer remains active.
